A construction site is always a dangerous operation. Even with compliance with occupational safety rules and regulations, accidents can and do occur, the root cause of which is very difficult to clarify afterwards.
For some, it can be tempting to store a large amount of building materials, machinery, equipment and tools stored on the construction site seemingly unattended.
Honestly, is a night watchman alone enough to continuously guard and protect the area and the goods stored there?
It is unlikely, so the "disappearance" of materials and tools can cause many problems.
Today we can already see examples of installing cameras to keep unauthorized people away, to prevent accidents and to guard the construction area. However, these are often insufficiently effective. Their operation is affected by the power supply, which we admit can often even affect work in a construction area. Moreover, in the case of commonly used cameras, proper cabling is also necessary, which often creates an obstacle during work.
Can this be solved more efficiently and simply?
How about. First of all, it is worth using wireless cameras, thereby avoiding that the cables of the cameras are in the way during material handling and work. Such are the professional WiFi cameras that transmit the image to the video recorder via radio waves.
However, we haven't solved everything yet, as a camera also needs a power supply. This can also be solved if we choose a solution for the power supply that, on the one hand, replaces the wiring and ensures the continuous operation of the cameras despite the location's power supply problems. Solar power sources, to which one or more cameras can be connected, can be purchased for this purpose at an affordable price. With proper sizing, they are able to supply power to the cameras 24 hours a day, including nighttime conditions.
We can offer such solutions to our customers, either the products and solutions of the well-known CAMIBOX, or the unique our own solutions as well.
