At the beginning of the nineties, we founded the predecessor of our company in Budapest, in the center of Újpest, which was based on the independent activities of the founders in accordance with the needs of those times. Our company has been operating in its current form since 2013.
Our basic service was bookkeeping (accounting), which we continuously expanded. First, the range of administrative services was added, then in 2006, engineering services and, to a lesser extent, security and IT activities were added to support our projects.
During the past years, it became clear to us that, based on the needs of our clients, we had to prioritize the bookkeeping service (bookkeeping), even at the expense of additional activities. Thus, after several transformations, our service package that meets today's requirements was formed, which ranges from payroll to tax consulting and auditing. At the same time, we also prioritize engineering services from design to implementation. Such areas of expertise include the design of security systems, such as alarm systems and IP video surveillance, or the design and construction of IT systems, such as IT networks and servers, VoIP telephone exchanges and systems, or IP television systems and media servers.
Our office and our employees naturally have the necessary professional qualifications (tax expert, tax consultant, accounting expert, qualified accountant in the field of business and IFRS, human resources (HR) organizer, TB and payroll specialist, communications and IT, and electrical engineer design authorization, IT, asset protection designer-installer, etc.), with chamber membership (MMK), with various association memberships, such as National Association of Hungarian Accountants (MKOE) and the Association of Tax Consultants (Tax Chamber), Association of the Club of Quality Accountants, as well as with the necessary official licenses for carrying out the activities.
In the framework of consulting, we deal separately with data management and data protection consulting, including the field of IT security, in accordance with our training and more than a decade of experience. This activity of ours broadly encompasses our services from data protection audits through the implementation of GDPR compliance to occasional consulting.
Of course, we also have liability insurance for all our activities. In addition to all this, the state-of-the-art IT - hardware and software - system created and operated partly with the development of our own resources is also a guarantee of our expertise.
Our clients are typically domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, but they also include several market-leading enterprises, and even international, foreign-owned enterprises listed on stock exchanges.
