Based on the legislation in force, all domestic accommodation providers must register in the system within 5 days of starting their activity, which obligation extends to catering businesses and tourist attractions as of November 1, 2021. However, the latter's obligation to provide data will only start on January 1, 2023, instead of the originally scheduled July 1, 2022!
Registration and daily data provision are checked by the regionally competent clerk.
In the NTAK, the family name and surname, family name and surname at birth, place and time of birth, gender, nationality and mother's surname and surname at birth, as well as the identity document of the user of the accommodation service, must be recorded in the NTAK. and the identification data of your travel document, in the case of a third-country national, the number of your visa or residence permit, the date and place of entry, as well as the address of the accommodation service, the starting and expected and actual ending time of the use of the accommodation.
